Blessed with a pleasant personality, this award winning artist recently celebrated 20 years in the Indian Music Industry. Ranjith Govind has recorded with several renowned composes of the South Indian Music industry, Mani Sharma, Vidyasagar, Ilaiyaraaja, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Keeravani, Devi Sri Prasad and more. He has lent his voice to cinema industry icons such as actors Vijay and Ajith. Ranjith’s hallmarks are his versatility and has clocked a staggering 4000+ hours in live show performances.

Co-founder and Instructor at The Pallikoodam, where he shares his passion and joy of music, guiding batches of music enthusiasts in the art of singing.
Further hones his performing skills in live gigs with his band Makka, alongside good friends and fellow musicians Aalaap Raju and Rahul Nambiar. Together, they produce innovative versions of popular Tamil (Malayalam, Telegu and Hindi) cover songs and co-write /produce original indie music.

In his renditions he displays an amazing amount of emotion and composure. He identifies violinist VS Narasimhan as an inspiration and has had an impact on his playing and musical sensibility in many ways.
Within the Tamil music industry, he has worked with GV Prakash, Harris Jayaraj , Yuvan, Hip Hop Tamizha, D Imman, Devi Sri Prasad and other prominent composers.
Manoj often accompanies music directors and singers from the Tamil music industry, on their world tours. He also plays with his band, Manoj and Band upon request.
